AutoTrade Aviation is active in the aviation field as design and manufacturer of Business Aircraft Interiors.

Since 2014 we have been involved in realizing Art Design and cabin interior refurbishing old or historical aircraft components to create art furnishing.

Our competence in aircraft airframe and systems is the bedrock and capstone of our capability to deliver the tailor-made general and detailed design of the whole aircraft interior, including layout modification and development of new cabin and cockpit panels, monuments, floor and cargo panels with substantial weight-saving solutions based on advanced computer-aided design technologies.

The Process

We understand that aircraft interior design is a process.

Designing and manufacturing a VIP aircraft cabin is a collaboration of multidisciplinary competences. It begins with the definition of the customer experience onboard using the latest in architecture and automotive design as sources of inspiration for the layout, furniture and materials that will be used.

We provide not only concept interior design, but also detail design and feasibility studies. We work closely with our customers to determine what feelings they are looking to get from their flights and the mood they want to create. This to provide a guide in identifying layout, selecting the materials, and the amenities to personalize your aircraft cabin interior.

Finally, we bring your vision, making sure every detail is perfect.

Engineering

KNOW-HOW AND EXPERIENCE

CATIA V4, CATIA V5, Solid-Edge, Solid-Work, Unigraphics, AutoCad and all other bi- and three-dimensional software systems flawlessly handled by our engineering team. This allows us to manage the entire project for the completion of a green aircraft or for the modification of cabin configuration or total refurbishment upon the owner’s request or to assist a prospective buyer in inspecting and assessing an aircraft’s current status.

AutoTrade Aviation’s know-how and experience are at Customer’s disposal from the layout and details definition throughout the implementation process. Our designers, engineers, mechanics and project managers inform and update the Customer during all the phases of this complex work.

Comfort, ergonomics and user-friendly interfaces are the cornerstones of our design philosophy. Advanced 3D renderings allow customers to virtually “navigate” throughout their new cabin, experience how it will be like, and validate the project before the aircraft is completed or modifications therein are implemented.

Special care is dedicated to the choice of materials, equipment and components, and for kit sourcing. Structural engineers analyze and perform static verifications under the applicable specified loading conditions of each and all parts designed before manufacturing (in-house or by external sources). Long-term partnership with the Polytechnic Institute of Milan allows for special structural tests. including parts flammability compliance (with in-house burn test laboratory). In any case, AutoTrade Aviation is qualified to take full responsibility for the whole project.
